However, mid-way in the business, majority of the entrepreneurs fail to succeed because they lack the right structures to enable operational effectiveness and resilience.  Given the fact that small and medium businesses (with total annual turnover not exceeding Ugx. 100 billion) account for over 90% of all companies in Uganda, it is necessary to mobilise and empower these businesses with practical financial knowledge and skill to enable them succeed.
