To sort an Excel list on one column, execute the following steps
- Download the Zip Archive Sorting Data.zip, extract and open the Excel File Sorting Data.xlsx.
- Assuming we want to sort data by the First Name Column, click any cell in that column.
- To sort in ascending order, on the Data tab, click AZ.
To sort in descending order, click ZA
