“I had a challenge of inadequate definition of strategy formulation, execution as well as lacked competitive dimension.
After attending the Board retreat facilitated by Summit Consulting Ltd, I have learnt how to be innovative, strategic and how to transform ideas into the work place for sustainability of the organization. Mustapha B. Mugisa’s sessions are effective learning process. He is rich in content and great presenter with transformational narratives.” Reverend Benjamin K. Okwir, Board member, UPMB”
Our Approach
- Design
For maximum impact, the agenda for both indoor and outdoor activities is aligned to the overall objective of the retreat. The outdoor activities are intense and group participatory. Our program makes participants interact with each, know each other better, have fun, laughter and team up to accomplish the various tasks under the outdoor activities.
The exercises are designed in a way that individual efforts cannot succeed at the task unless it’s a combined group of individuals.
- Execute
We understand that you want activities that show the importance of team work. The exercises shall be done in groups. During the exercises, the focus is put on effective communication. This is to ensure that we break the communication bottle necks.
- Monitor
SCL shall conduct an online assessment of the impact of the training. A quiz shall also be done to test the participants’ level of understanding. A report of the findings shall be shared with your organization with the key recommendations.
