The iShield 360 Project Frontline is a comprehensive analysis of the current state of cybersecurity, providing insights into emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices for safeguarding digital assets.
As cyber threats continue to evolve, governments and organizations must stay ahead of these dangers by adopting proactive measures. The iShield 360 Project Frontline, compiled by iShield Cyber Security Research, a division of Summit Consulting Ltd, aims to equip businesses with the knowledge and tools necessary to elevate their digital trust. The report focuses on key areas such as threat detection, incident response, compliance, and risk management, offering actionable recommendations to fortify cybersecurity defences.
The more technology grows, the more the ethical footprint. Every time you communicate, you send a lot of data to different servers in the cloud through several connections and networks. This exposes a lot of your data in the hands of third parties. As a result, organizations are struggling to respond effectively to the complex and dynamic landscape of cybersecurity risks.
The iShield 360 Project Frontline 2024, the specialized cybersecurity arm of Summit Consulting Ltd, explores the prevalent cybersecurity attack vectors and vulnerability exposures faced by companies in Uganda. In this report, we provide a compressive in-depth analysis of the regional cybersecurity landscape, exploring national exposure threats through attack surface mapping, vulnerability intelligence, incident response, and forensic investigations findings from 100% combined assessments and cases handled in the past three years. Of these, forensic investigations accounted for 32%; offensive cyber services (penetration testing, red teaming, code review, internal and external assessment) were 48%; and Cybersecurity implementation support, including SOC implementation and threat intelligence; was 20%.
